Revised VSP Customer Experience Center Hours

VSP® is committed to providing the best experience and most responsive service to providers, members, and clients.

We continue to focus on enabling a servicing strategy that creates greater flexibility in our staffing, optimizes call routing, and delivers a personalized customer experience.

Starting December 1, 2021, we’re changing the VSP Vision Care Customer Experience Center (CEC) hours of operation to align with the times when providers, members, and clients typically engage with us for live service, based on VSP analysis.

The VSP Vision Care CEC revised hours of operation for live service will be:

  • Monday – Saturday: 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT
  • Sunday: Closed

Providers will continue to have 24/7 access to VSP’s Interactive Voice Response system to self-serve VSP patient benefit and eligibility information.
